    Shipping

    1. SommelJane aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
    2. Shipping takes place on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
    3. All shipments are handled by PostNL; they are responsible for the shipment after dispatch.

    Shipping costs

    1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of wine bottles you order. The more bottles you purchase, the lower the shipping costs.

    Packaging

    1. We carefully and securely package all orders to minimize damage during transport. Each package is labeled as fragile and is therefore handled with extra care.

    Delivery times

    1. The average delivery time is between 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.
    2. SommelJane is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping services or unforeseen circumstances.

    Track & Trace

    1. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
    2. Customers can track their package via the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

    Unclaimed packages

    1. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address or if it is not picked up within the specified timeframe at the pickup point, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

     

    Cancellation

    1. It is not possible to cancel your order after it has been confirmed (upon receiving the order confirmation via email). In exceptional cases, cancellation may still be possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
    2. If there is a delay in shipping, I will contact you, and you will have the option to cancel the order.

    18 years and older

    1. By entering your age before accessing the website, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.
    2. The buyer is responsible for complying with the age requirements when purchasing the product.
