Winery Located in a medieval village named Nolay, six generations of the Nicolas family have been running the estate since the beginning. With more than 18 hectares of vineyards, including Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Santenay, and Saint Romain, the family carries out the entire winemaking process on the property. Originally started as agricultural farming in the 1950s, under the leadership of Bernard Nicolas in the 1970s, the estate fully focused on viticulture in Cirey les Nolay. In the 1980s, his son Alain took control, transformed the estate into sustainable wine production, and began selling self-produced and bottled wines in 1992. In 2019, Myléne and Benoît, specialized in wine industry management and oenology respectively, became official partners, leading the estate towards a new ambitious course.
