SommelJane does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. By ordering alcoholic beverages, the customer confirms with the placement of an order that they meet the legal minimum age for the purchase of these products. The customer undertakes the obligation that only he, or a person authorized by him who has also reached the legal minimum age of 18 years, will receive the order. Age verification is required upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Article 3 \u2013 Intellectual Property Rights<br \/><\/u>The intellectual property rights concerning the SommelJane website, including the software, texts, images, and sounds, belong to SommelJane. Without SommelJane's permission, it is not permitted to disclose, reproduce, and\/or edit the information provided on the SommelJane website other than for personal use.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Article 4 \u2013 Price and Shipping Costs<br \/><\/u>The prices mentioned in the product offer include VAT and include excise duties, taxes, customs duties, and other levies. The prices stated on the SommelJane website are binding, except for typographical errors and deviations due to synchronization errors. All prices are per bottle in euros. The prices exclude any delivery costs and any gift packaging. An overview of the current shipping costs can be requested from SommelJane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Article 5 \u2013 Payment<br \/><\/u>Payments can be made via iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Article 6 \u2013 Delivery<br \/><\/u>Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer to SommelJane. SommelJane will execute all accepted orders as quickly as possible, but no later than within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday), unless otherwise agreed and excluding public holidays. In case of delay or incomplete execution of the order, the consumer will receive notification within 2 to 3 working days after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge, after which SommelJane will immediately refund the amount paid. The risk of damage or loss of products lies with SommelJane until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a designated representative, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries are carried out by SommelJane itself, via a carrier, or by courier service. The indicated delivery times are indicative, with SommelJane aiming for delivery within 1 to 3 working days. SommelJane is not liable for damages due to exceeding the delivery time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>Article 7 \u2013 Liability<br \/><\/u>SommelJane is not liable for amounts exceeding the invoice amount, or for an amount higher than the insurance of SommelJane can be held liable. Despite the permanent care and attention devoted by the authors and compilers to the composition of our website, SommelJane cannot in any way guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on the website. No rights can be derived from the content of the website.
