Het landgoed beschikt over 15 hectare wijngaarden, hoofdzakelijk beplant met Arneis- en Nebbiolo-druiven. In het midden van de jaren 1970 begaven Piero en Francesca zich op het opmerkelijke avontuur om Arneis, een inheemse druivensoort die bijna was uitgestorven in het Roero-gebied, hier te herintroduceren en te planten. Hun inspanningen leverden verbazingwekkende resultaten op.
